We built the agency we wished we could hire.
PulsePPC exists because too many growing brands were choosing between an agency that ran their account like one of forty, or a freelancer with no system behind them. We built the middle: senior attention, run as a system.
Most agencies scale headcount. We scale attention.
PulsePPC started from a simple frustration: watching genuinely good brands get treated like a line item on someone else's spreadsheet. Accounts sat in "maintenance mode" for months. Reporting arrived a week late, if it arrived at all. The person who pitched the account was never the person actually running it.
We built PulsePPC around the opposite premise: run fewer accounts, run them properly, and measure success the way the business actually measures it, in profit, not just in platform-reported ROAS. Everything in how we work, from our account caps to our reporting cadence to our pricing model, comes back to that one decision.
A few principles we don't compromise on.
Profit over vanity metrics
ROAS is a starting point, not a scoreboard. We optimise toward what a client actually keeps, not just what a platform reports.
Fewer accounts, done properly
An operator who's stretched across too many accounts makes worse decisions on all of them. We cap attention deliberately.
Say the honest thing
If an account isn't a fit, or a channel isn't working, we say so directly instead of finding a way to keep the retainer alive.
Show the work weekly
Clients see what changed and what's next every week, in plain language, not once a quarter in a slide deck.
The person on your account.
Eshan
Founder, PulsePPCEshan founded PulsePPC to close the gap between what growing ecommerce and B2B brands actually need from paid media and what most agencies are structured to deliver. He writes the PulsePPC blog and stays hands-on with client strategy rather than handing accounts off after the sales call.
Five structural commitments, not a mission statement.
Performance-priced
Pricing is tied to how the account performs, which keeps our incentives pointed the same direction as yours.
A capped number of accounts per operator
We limit how many accounts a single operator runs, on purpose, so attention doesn't get diluted as we grow.
Month-to-month
No annual lock-in, no exit fee. If it's working, you'll want to stay. If it's not, you shouldn't have to fight to leave.
Google & Meta, not everything
We stay focused on the two channels we can genuinely be excellent at, rather than spreading thin to look full-service.
Same person, day one to day ninety
Whoever scopes your account is the person actually running it. No hand-off to a junior buyer once the contract is signed.
